At Home Workout


These workouts are designed to be done without the need for a gym membership. Every workout in this book can be completed with just a set of dumbbells and a pull up bar. Even the pull up bar is not necessary if you can get creative! The program works your entire body and will leave you stronger, leaner and more fit at the end of the eight weeks. You will get six workouts per week for eight weeks. Each workout is unique; some are functional fitness based and others are more traditional. These workouts are great for every level of fitness. The weight can be scaled up, or down, as needed.
